Srinagar – Pahalgam (92km, 2-3hrs) After breakfast transfer from Srinagar to Pahalgam. Pahalgam (2133 mts) also known as ‘The valley of Shepherds or Trekker’s Paradise. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. On the way visit Awantipura ruins, Saffron fields One of the most beautiful places on earth, the town of Pahalgam offers breath-taking views. One can just enjoy the town of Pahalgam trek to some of the most beautiful places on earth. One can trek to Lidderwat, Kolohoi Glacier or to Sonamarg. Pahalgam – Srinagar After breakfast tour to local sightseeing in Pahalgam. After local sightseeing in Pahalgam transfer to Srinagar. Later free for personal activities. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Srinagar.  

Srinagar – Gulmarg - Srinagar (52km, 2hrs) After breakfast full day visit to Gulmarg (8700 ft i.e. 2652 mts), known as ‘Meadow of flowers. Discovered by the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16^th century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild flowers. It is one of the India’s premier Hill resorts. Gulmarg today is not merely a mountain resort of exceptional beauty – It also turns into India’s premier Ski resort in winter. The Gondola Cable Car offers rides to the upland meadows of Kongdori and beyond to the top of Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan Peaks in summer and for downhill skiing in winter. Srinagar to Kargil via Sonmarg (9000ft i.e. 2750 mts) 204 Km. (6 - 7 hrs Drive Approx) After breakfast transfer to Kargil (204 Kms) & drive thru Sonamarg. Situated at an altitude of 9000 Ft. Sonamarg – 84 Kms is also called as “The meadow of gold” has, as its backdrop, snowy mountains against a cerulean sky. The Sindh River that meanders through the valley abounds with trout and mahaseer. Stop at Sonamarg for Photography/tea (If the clients are interested they can visit the Glaciers of Thajwas on ponies on direct payment basis) these glaciers remain throughout the year. Continue your towards Kargil and passing over Zojila Pass. Stop at Drass, the 2nd coldest inhabitant place in the World for & enjoy cup of tea. Kargil to Leh enroute Mulbekh & Lamayuru, Leh (11562 i.e. 3524 mts) 234 Km. (7 - 8 hrs Drive Approx) After breakfast Drive for Leh enroute visiting the Monastery of Mulbekh, famous for 1st century Statue of Maitrya Buddha, carved out of a huge rock.  Proceed further towards Lamayuru & passing thru Namikala & Fatula Passes, the highest pass on Srinagar – Leh road. Shey, Thiksey, Hemis – Shanti, Stupa & Leh Palace -Leh (11562 i.e. 3524 mts) 90 ‐ Km. (2-3hrs Drive Approx including all sightseeing) After breakfast at hotel visit the Shey, Thiksey and Hemis. Shey – it was the ancient capital of Ladakh and even after Singge Namgyal built the more imposing palace at Leh, the kings continued to regard Shey, as their real home. The importance which was attached to Shey ‐ the seat of Ladakhʹs heartland ‐ is attested by the enormous number of Chorten about the village, particularly around the palace complex and barren plain to the north of the road. Thiksey –is one of the largest and most impressive Gompas. There are several temples in this Gompa containing images, stupas and exquisite wall paintings. It also houses a two ‐ storied statue of Buddha which has the main prayer hall around its shoulder Hemis – which is dedicated to Padmasambhava, what a visitor can observes a series of scenes in which the lamas, robed in gowns of rich, brightly colored brocade and sporting masks sometimes bizarrely hideous, parade in solemn dance and mime around the huge flag pole in the center of the courtyard to the plaintive melody of the Shawn. Afternoon visit to Shanti Stupa & Leh palace.                     Shanti Stupa : Located on the hilltop at Changspa. The Stupa was constructed by a Japanese Buddhist organization, known as 'The Japanese for World Peace'. The aim behind the construction of the Stupa was to commemorate 2500 years of Buddhism and to promote World Peace.. Leh Palace: Built in the 17th century, it was built as the residential palace for the King Singge Namgyal. Much smaller but resembling the Potala in Lhasa, Leh Palace is now in ruins. It has nine storeys and has been deserted since the royal family shifted to the Stok Palace in 1830s. nine storey, but it is now dilapidated and deserted. It was the home of the royal family until they were exiled to Stok in the 1830s. Overnight stay in Hotel at Leh.

Leh to Nubra            (10000 i.e. 3250 mts) 125 Km. (4 - 5 hrs one way Approx) After breakfast at hotel drive towards Nubra valley via Khardungla pass (18350 feet) by surface passing thru Horzey & Gangles Village. On arrival in Nubra Valley, drive to diskit, visit Deskit, the HQ town of Nubra Valley. Driving for 30 Kms takes to Khalsar Bridge. Visit desklit monastry. Further drive from Deskit to Hunder, you may see a few Double Humped, Hairy and Bactrian Camels. Overnight stay in Nubra.

Nubra – Turtuk – Nubra 90 Km. (3 hrs one way Approx) After breakfast at hotel drive towards Turtuk (zero border thang) lies in the region of Baltistan, a region almost completely controlled by Pakistan. Turtuk is one among five Balti populated villages under Indian control, the other four being Bogdang, Tyakshi, Chalunkha and Dhothang.[13] It is the largest of the villages and has a claim to being the historical capital of the region, viz., the southern Chorbat section of the Shyok Valley. While Bogdang had been part of Indian-administered Ladakh from 1948, the other four villages were captured by Indian Army during the 1971 war. Overnight stay in Nubra.

Nubra –Pangong (14270 ft i.e. 4350 mts) 200 Km. (5 -6hrs one way) After breakfast drive to Pangong for 01 night. This route takes the visitor past the picturesque villages of Shey and Thikse, and turns off the Indus valley by the side valley of Chemrey and Sakti. The Ladakh rang is crossed by the Chang-la (18,000 feet / 5,475 M) which despite its great elevation is one of the easier passes, remaining open for much of the year even in winter, apart from periods of actual snowfall. Tangse, just beyond the foot of the pass, has an ancient temple. Overnight stay in Pangong

Pangong Lake - Leh 125 Km. (4 hrs one way) After Breakfast transfer from Pangong to Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.

Leh – Airport After breakfast transfer from Leh to Airport to catch flight for onward destination with Sweet Holiday memories.                                                                     Tour Ends
