Airport - Srinagar – Local Sightseeing -Shikara Ride
Arrival at Srinagar airport & transfer to Srinagar Houseboat, Srinagar the capital city of Jammu & Kashmir. It is situated at an altitude of 1, 730 m. In the heart of the Kashmir valley, Srinagar spreads out on both sides of the Jhelum River. If there is a heaven on earth, it's here, it's here, it's here in Srinagar.
Later evening have a relaxing Shikara ride on famous Dal Lake.
Overnight stay in Houseboat in Srinagar.
After breakfast tour to famous Mughal Garden, Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visit to Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jahan or (Mehr-un-Nissa.
After that visit to Chashmashahi.
The Chashma Shahi Mughal gardens in Srinagar have been loved by emperors and picnickers alike, and have now been restored to their past glory - despite violent political unrest in the region.

It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
